COACHING

The Work Is Developmental

Most coaching works on performance, behavior, or the problem in front of you. This is different. The aim isn't to hand you answers, it's to grow the way you see, decide, and make meaning, so that what shifts stays shifted.

What that looks like depends on where you're standing.

THE SPIRITUALLY GROUNDED PRACTITIONER

I Have An Inner Practice

Your practice found you, and in it you recognized a worldview that finally held who you are. You built from that place, with a vision that has been clear from the start. What has not been clear is why it keeps stalling.

Underneath is a concern you may not have named: that the wrong kind of help would cost you what makes the work worth doing. So you protect it by staying small.

You have not yet found someone who can hold the purity of that direction alongside the reality of building something in the world.

"I leave every session feeling more alive, more myself, more confident in my understanding of the business I am building, and more excited about the impact it can have."

Jaclyn Vouthouris, Founder, The Unbecoming Project

What The Work Offers

Business and spirit, held together

Most business help asks you to set the spiritual direction aside. Some does the reverse, dressing conventional advice in spiritual language while the logic stays extractive. There is a third possibility: someone who takes both seriously at once.

The company of those who do this work

You have been carrying this alone longer than you may realize, not for lack of others asking the same questions, but because you have not found them in one room. The Living Systems Lab is that room.

Clarity that costs you nothing

The pull to stay small has been intelligent. It protected the work from help that kept arriving with the wrong energy. What you are ready for is a way to put your work into the world that doesn't cost you what that instinct has been guarding.

A trellis, not a cage

You have not been resisting structure. You have been resisting cages, the kind that ask the people inside them to flatten what they know in order to fit. What your work is asking for is closer to a trellis: something that offers pattern and shape without dictating which way your work turns.

THE REGENERATIVE PRACTITIONER

I Have The Worldview

You found the lineage that named what you had been sensing. The worldview is not the question. How to hold it under real conditions, with real constraints, and with people who do not yet share it, that is the question.

Part of the difficulty is that you are too close to it. That is not a failure of understanding. It is what happens when a practitioner applies a way of seeing to their own work without a peer who can hold the outside view.

What has been harder to find is someone who works with the frameworks at depth and applies them where you are actually working.

"Knowing there is someone I can reach out to that I trust to return me to myself in alignment with living systems principles."

Jendi Coursey, CEO, Coursey Communications

What The Work Offers

Practitioner development, not a program

Not a curriculum with a finish line, but a sustained thinking partnership. What develops is your own capacity: to hold the frameworks under pressure, and to keep the practice alive when the conditions around you do not support it.

Applied to real complexity

Marketing strategy for a regenerative practice. Team direction inside a public-sector organization. Product design with no conventional template. Whatever is in front of you is where the frameworks meet real conditions rather than the theory of them.

Translation without losing depth

The hardest problem is communicating the worldview to colleagues, funders, and clients who do not share it, without the essence flattening in translation. This is not about softening the depth. It is about finding the language that lets the intent travel intact.

Straight to the work

You do not have to bring the person across from you up to speed. You do not have to translate, or explain why you approach the problem the way you do. The frameworks are already in the room, so instead of orienting, you begin.

THE PURPOSE-DRIVEN PROFESSIONAL

I'm At a Threshold

You built something, or gave yourself to something you believed in, and for a long time it worked. Somewhere along the way the weight began to accumulate in ways that were hard to explain.

You have tried things, coaching, therapy, courses, time off. They helped some. But you keep returning to the same patterns, and none of them asked the questions underneath the questions.

You are not stuck or lost. You are at a threshold. And you do not have to stand at it alone.

"I always left the sessions with Eric feeling more calm and grounded with more clarity on my next step than I had before."

What The Work Offers

Calm and clarity from the first conversation

You do not have to wait months to feel the effect. Most people leave the first real conversation calmer than they arrived. The bigger picture may still be forming, but the next step becomes clearer.

Pampas Grass By Water

Being seen without having to explain

You do not need the right words, or a plan. What you have is a feeling that something is off and a set of questions you have been carrying alone. That is enough to start.

download (13) (1).png

Unpacking the patterns

The tools you tried helped you manage the surface. What has been missing is someone willing to sit with the question underneath about meaning, about why the same shape keeps showing up in different rooms. Sometimes it is not asking you to change your circumstances, but to see differently the life you are already in.

Abstract Curved Design

Unraveling the questions

The question you have been carrying- is this still the right work, why does it feel this heavy- is not one that comes up in ordinary conversation. So you have been thinking it by yourself.

The Living Systems Lab is a small group that meets twice a month, where that question is the point rather than the interruption.

Wherever you're standing, here is what is true about the work:

download (3) (1).png

Developmental, not prescriptive

Not answers, but a change in how you make meaning and decisions. That is what makes it last.

The quality of seeing

Clients say the biggest value is finally seeing what is really going on, not the symptoms, but the pattern. Once it is visible, the next step is obvious.

Capacity, not dependency

Your ability to think, perceive, and lead from a deeper place. The value compounds over time.

A living systems lens

We challenge mechanical assumptions about leadership and effectiveness, and build more expansive ways of participating in complex systems.

Applied, immediate, real

Integrated into what is alive in your work right now. Nothing stays theoretical.

"By the end of each session, the problem often evaporated or transformed, not because he fixed it, but because we saw it anew."

Oriana Chacon, Founder, Era of Purpose

"It has been a while since I felt connected to someone on the same level of consciousness as myself. I have needed a place and person to hear me, know what I am saying and get underneath it."

Wendyne Limber, Founder, Soulville Healing School

"Eric took me back to parts of my life that were hidden or forgotten. You helped refresh my memory and encouraged me to ask questions I had never asked before."

Hayat Askar

"I carry the living systems model with me now. I now think about energy as a living being, something I can almost see."

Start In A Coaching Container

Three shapes for one-to-one work. Most people begin with one and evolve into another as the work matures.

download (14) (1).png

Continuity

For ongoing practice and integration.

A lighter container for maintaining clarity and staying oriented as life and work evolve. Most often this follows Catalyst or Momentum.

Each month includes

  • Two 90-minute coaching sessions

  • Two 15-minute perspective-shift calls

  • Session summaries

Best for: Ongoing support to keep a living systems perspective alive after a deeper engagement.

download (15) (1).png

Momentum

For sustained development

A focused engagement for those building foundational capacity, exploring direction, or doing the slower work of integration. Depth without intensity, a rhythm that lets the work take root.

Each month includes

  • Two 120-minute developmental sessions

  • Four 15-minute perspective-shift calls

  • Living Systems Lab enrollment

  • Session summaries

Best for: Clarifying direction, strengthening core capacities, or depth without a more intensive engagement.

download (16) (1).png

Catalyst

For those bringing something into being

The deepest container. For those actively building something meaningful: a business, a practice, a way of leading. Integrates capacity development with the regenerative design of what you are building.

Each month includes

  • Two 120-minute developmental sessions

  • Two 90-minute coaching sessions

  • Four 15-minute perspective-shift calls

  • Two hours of asynchronous support

  • Living Systems Lab enrollment

  • Session summaries

Best for: Meaningful transition, building a business or offering, or substantial personal evolution.

The Living Systems Lab

Group practice, and the most common place to begin.

A small group meeting twice a month. One person brings a live challenge; everyone else engages through deep listening — and consistently finds that what surfaces for one person opens something in their own.
