Pierce Coaching & Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Information you provide directly

 

• Contact form. When you send a message through the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.

• Scheduling. When you book a meeting through the Calendly scheduler embedded on this site, we collect your name, email address, the date and time you select, your time zone, and your answers to any booking questions. Calendly may also collect additional information under its own privacy policy.

• Direct correspondence. If you email, call, or otherwise contact us, we retain the contents of that correspondence and your contact details.

• Payment information. If you pay for services through this site, payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

 

Information collected automatically

 

When you visit this site, certain technical information is collected as a normal part of website hosting and analytics: your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device and connection information, the page that referred you, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and how you navigate away. This is collected by Wix as part of hosting and site analytics, and is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

 

We do not operate user accounts, logins, or passwords on this site, and we do not collect purchase histories, product reviews, or user profiles.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

 

1. Respond to your inquiries and provide coaching and consulting services;

2. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings you book with us;

3. Provide ongoing client support and communicate about active engagements;

4. Process payments and maintain records of transactions;

5. Send occasional updates, newsletters, or invitations, where you have asked to receive them or where they relate to services you are engaged in — you may opt out at any time;

6. Understand in aggregate how visitors use this site so we can improve it;

7. Comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and enforce any agreement we have with you.

 

We use your information only for the purposes stated above.

 

Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and practice, and only to the extent needed to do so:

 

• Wix.com hosts this website. Information you submit through the site may be stored in Wix's databases and applications, on secure servers behind a firewall. Wix's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Calendly processes meeting bookings made through the scheduler embedded on this site, under its own privacy policy.

• Payment processing. Payment gateways offered through Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These standards govern the secure handling of payment card information.

• Email and communications providers used to send and receive correspondence.

 

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

 

Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, placed by Wix, to keep the site functioning and to gather aggregate analytics about site usage. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the site may not function properly as a result.

 

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry standard for how to respond to these signals, and we do not currently respond to them.

 

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions, scheduling records, and correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose collected, and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

 

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

 

• Access the personal information we hold about you;

• Correct or update that information;

• Ask us to delete it;

• Ask us to stop processing it;

• Unsubscribe from any non-essential emails.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Please note that information submitted through this site is transferred to and stored in the United States.

 

Coaching and Consulting Confidentiality

This policy governs information collected through this website. Information you share in the course of a coaching or consulting engagement is governed separately by the confidentiality terms of your engagement agreement with us, not by this policy.

 

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and rely on the security practices of the platforms described above. No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "last updated" date above will be revised. If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we will note that here.
