Meet Eric Pierce
Twenty-five years of consulting. Hundreds of businesses. One question that kept returning in different forms: what are the conditions that allow people, organizations, and systems to truly come alive?
That question eventually led me past the edges of everything I thought I knew: through the limits of purpose-driven business, through an encounter with regenerative thinking that both captivated and unsettled me, through mentors, communities, and a slow inner awakening.
Somewhere in there I stopped trying to change systems from the outside and started growing the capacity within people to change from within.
